Nir Eyal

I'm Nir, author of Hooked and Indistractable and the writer behind NirAndFar. I write about psychology, technology, and business and I teach and consult on behavior design. I worked in video gaming and advertising, co-founded and sold tech companies, taught at Stanford, and invest in products that form habits.

I focus on practical techniques for managing attention, timeboxing, and I share templates and tactics people can use. Ask away.
